Because of the process of creating the prints we cannot offer a refund once the print has been shipped to you. However if your print arrives damaged we will replace the print at no cost to you. Please provide a photo of the damaged print and email it to us at damageditems@astrophotographybymatt.com
Shipping and Handling: In the case of a damaged print we will ship it to you with no additional shipping & handling fees.
